1. Starting Your Membership & Initial Payments

  • Payment Setup: Subscriptions are processed on a recurring monthly basis via direct debit/card authorisation through Stripe.
  • First Treatment Threshold: To ensure fairness and spread-cost management, members must complete 3 monthly payments before receiving their first main treatment.
  • Early Treatment Option: If you wish to receive your treatment immediately upon joining, you may pay the balance difference upfront prior to your appointment.

2. Scope of Treatments

  • The core membership covers 3 anti-wrinkle treatment areas (Forehead, Frown Lines, Crow’s Feet).
  • Additional clinical treatments (such as Masseter Botox, Chin Filler, Lip Filler, Profhilo, or Full Face Microneedling) are strictly included only if selected as active monthly add-ons or paid for separately at standard retail rates.

3. Appointment Scheduling & Allowance Rules

  • Anti-wrinkle treatments are strictly scheduled at 3-month or 4-month intervals in accordance with clinical guidelines.
  • Treatment sessions cannot be backdated. If an appointment is missed or delayed by the client, the session will move to the next cycle in your 12-month schedule.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and apply exclusively to the named account holder; treatments cannot be gifted or transferred to another individual.

4. Medical Suitability & Consultations

  • Client safety is our highest priority. A medical consultation and suitability assessment are carried out prior to every treatment session.
  • All prescription treatments remain subject to face-to-face prescriber approval.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

  • Notice Required: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a £20 rescheduling fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments (“no-shows”) will result in the forfeiture of that session from your annual allowance.
  • Membership Commitment: The Nuvola Skin Club has a minimum term of 12 months. Early cancellation before completing total payments for treatments already received will result in an invoice for the remaining retail balance of those treatments.
